Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B solution sales, preferably SaaS
  • Willingness to travel up to 3 days per week (approx. 10 nights per month)
  • Fluency in German and good command of English
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Tasks

  • Identify potential clients in the packaging industry
  • Proactively acquire new business opportunities
  • Achieve and take ownership of sales targets
  • Target and close new accounts independently
  • Accelerate adoption of SaaS solutions
  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead engagement to closing
  • Navigate objections and deliver effective presentations
  • Develop and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified leads
  • Ensure consistent generation and follow-through of opportunities
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Provide clients with the best solutions and support
  • Drive customer satisfaction and long-term success
