- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of software engineering and product development experience
- Proven Rust or C++ programming experience
- Expert knowledge of algorithms and data structures

- Familiarity with microservices architecture
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with containerized environments
- Experience implementing optimization algorithms
- Experience implementing graph algorithms

- Experience with short time-to-market cycles
- Logistics experience is a plus

Tasks
- Design and develop Rust-based software products
- Implement new product features based on specifications
- Ensure code is modular and high-quality
- Build fault-tolerant, concurrent systems
- Optimize performance, memory usage, and response time
- Implement monitoring and logging for production reliability
- Write unit, integration, and system tests
- Participate in code reviews and CI/CD pipelines
- Debug and resolve issues in development and production
- Collaborate with Product Owners, System Architects, and cross-functional teams
- Document features, APIs, and usage patterns
- Provide guidance on Rust best practices
- Support CI/CD integration and containerization
- Implement observability solutions
- Assist in prototyping new algorithms or ML inference pipelines
