Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Experience in social media and/or digital marketing
  • Desire to become an expert in Social Media Account Advertising solutions
  • Support languages: Russian (C1) and English (B2)

Tasks

  • Contact existing clients via telephone, chat, and email
  • Identify sales opportunities for clients
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet business goals
  • Analyze marketing campaigns for clients
  • Execute digital campaigns and monitor their success
  • Identify trends in campaigns and address challenges proactively
  • Enhance customer experience by promoting optimal product use
