Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Knowledge of electronics hardware deployment in adverse conditions
  • Knowledge of robust power and data transfer implementation
  • Experience designing robotic sensors with hardware and software
  • Experience integrating robotic sensors with hardware and software
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM tools for mechanical design
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM tools for electrical design
  • Proficiency in 3D printing and prototyping
  • Hands-on experience with rugged industrial connectors
  • Hands-on experience with rugged automotive connectors
  • Hands-on experience with wire harness design
  • Solid understanding of embedded systems
  • Solid understanding of microcontrollers
  • Solid understanding of communication protocols (CAN, I2C, SPI)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven track record solving complex electrical challenges
  • Proven track record solving complex integration challenges
  • Familiarity with industrial robotic platforms
  • Familiarity with autonomy systems
  • Proficient in Python programming
  • Proficient in C++ programming
  • Proficient in firmware development for embedded systems
  • Practical understanding of actuators
  • Practical understanding of motors
  • Practical understanding of closed-loop control systems
  • Knowledge of production techniques
  • Knowledge of assembly techniques
  • Knowledge of testing techniques
