Requirements
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
- •2+ years of proven experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or GRC roles, ideally in FinTech, payments, or other highly regulated industries
- •Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance, and internal control frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO, or similar)
- •Ability to support the creation and improvement of risk policies and procedures in a scaling environment
- •Knowledge of European financial regulations (BaFin, EBA, GDPR, PSD2) and operational resilience best practices
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and attention to detail
- •Fluency in English, German is a plus

- •Translate complex risk topics into actionable insights
