Requirements
- Experience in analytical role (FP&A, business analytics, consulting, data analytics)
- Hands-on exposure to financial modelling or forecasting
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to build, maintain, improve complex models independently
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Ability to extract and manipulate data from databases
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort managing multiple priorities
- Proactive and organised approach to ownership
- Willingness to learn and develop career
Tasks
- Maintain and improve CAB consolidation model
- Build consolidated Payback view by country
- Transition forecasting processes to scalable tools
- Support finance business for Brand Marketing
- Own Acquisition forecasting process
- Support Brand performance matrix
- Conduct deep-dive analyses across countries, channels, and segments
- Identify opportunities to optimize CAB spend
- Improve Payback through analysis
- Build financial models for product-level revenue
- Forecast Payback for products
- Support Operations with merchant acquisition forecast
- Plan onboarding and customer support resources
Work Experience

Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
