  • •Coordinate with CMOs, broadcasters, and streaming platforms
  • •Refine tracking methodologies for consistency across territories
  • •Implement scalable solutions for long-term efficiency
  • •Champion automation and process improvements
  • •Foster a data-driven culture for income analysis
  • •Architect dashboards and reporting frameworks for KPIs
  • •Monitor recovery progress and revenue discrepancies
  • •Provide stakeholders with actionable insights
  • •Define the revenue tracking roadmap for GSA and Europe
  • •Execute strategic initiatives across the region
