Requirements

• •Degree in Architecture or related field
• •Experience in construction or architecture
• •High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• •High proficiency in AutoCAD
• •High proficiency in Photoshop
• •Proficiency in 3D visualisation software
• •Creative and open-minded adaptability
• •Good communication skills
• •Ability to prioritise work effectively
• •Teamwork and independent work ability
• •Excellent organization skills
• •Fluent in English and German
• •Any other language is a plus

Tasks

• •Coordinate fit-out processes for new openings.
• •Liaise with internal departments on shop-fit matters.
• •Collect feedback on shop-fit proposals.
• •Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulations.
• •Prepare photomontages and architectural sketches.
• •Organize construction works and create schedules.
• •Assist with sustainability projects for brands.
• •Implement and improve shop-fit systems and procedures.
• •Monitor shop-fit quality to meet excellence standards.
• •Manage information flow between departments and consultants.
• •Track ongoing development construction activities.
• •Update internal plans and maintain asset information.
• •Complete internal approval documents and presentations.
• •Ensure all administrative tasks are organized and updated.
• •Send announcements for new store openings.
• •Coordinate unit handover processes with tenants.
