Requirements

Tasks

  • Lead and develop Store Managers
  • Set high performance standards for stores
  • Provide coaching and feedback to Store Managers
  • Build strong succession pipelines for leadership
  • Foster a culture of accountability and engagement
  • Drive continuous improvement in retail operations
  • Recruit and develop future retail leaders
  • Ensure operational excellence across all stores
  • Maintain brand representation and visual merchandising
  • Manage inventory and loss prevention
  • Uphold health and safety standards
  • Drive financial performance for the area
  • Manage area budgets, payroll, and expenses
  • Adjust strategies to meet sales goals
  • Analyze market trends and adapt strategies
  • Leverage data and KPIs to identify trends
  • Optimize store performance using data
  • Inform decision-making with performance data
  • Champion outstanding customer service
  • Implement initiatives to strengthen customer engagement
  • Build brand loyalty with customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on retail strategies
  • Align on brand standards with partners
  • Coordinate staffing and inventory with partners
  • Ensure effective communication for retail execution
  • Communicate and implement new programs
  • Implement change initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment law

  • Move merchandise with appropriate equipment
  • Stand for extended periods per shift
  • Continuously move around all areas of the store
