- Manage inventory and loss prevention
- Uphold health and safety standards
- Drive financial performance for the area
- Manage area budgets, payroll, and expenses
- Adjust strategies to meet sales goals
- Analyze market trends and adapt strategies
- Leverage data and KPIs to identify trends
- Optimize store performance using data
- Inform decision-making with performance data
- Champion outstanding customer service
- Implement initiatives to strengthen customer engagement
- Build brand loyalty with customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally on retail strategies
