- Collaborate with PMO, Project Excellence, and Corporate HR
- Develop and maintain project org charts and resource plans
- Communicate effective resource planning
- Track, report, and share resource utilization
- Implement standardized resource management processes and tools
- Ensure adherence to governance standards
- Capture lessons learned for continuous improvement
- Coordinate project onboarding and offboarding processes
- Track non-human project resources when applicable
