Requirements
- Willingness to travel between 10-50%
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or natural sciences
- 3 years professional experience in automotive/engineering
- Confident use of Catia, Creo, Prisma, PDM
- Initial experience in process engineering
- Experience with CAD vehicle architecture
- Experience with quality tools
- Confidence working with internal/external stakeholders
- Outgoing, communicative, assertive personality
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Fluency in German and English
Tasks
- Support a major OEM customer in southern Germany
- Interface between the customer and high-voltage engineering departments
- Establish a network for key stakeholders
- Act as the central point of contact for customers and project managers
- Utilize CAD tools for data exchange and installation space verification
- Manage projects using stage-gate processes and milestones
- Initiate and link change management processes
- Serve as a technical sparring partner for the manager
- Analyze customer requirements and strategies
- Control decision-making processes through internal information exchange
