Requirements
- Degree (Diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) in a relevant field
- Expertise in Microbiology approaches (culture bacteria, isolate strains, genetic manipulations)
- Experience in molecular biology protocols (cloning, DNA/RNA extraction, primer design, PCR)
- Experience in Biochemistry protocols (protein purification/analysis, enzyme assays)
- Good laboratory practice and stringent documentation compliance
- High motivation, proactive personality, independence, solution-oriented approach
- Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Expertise in anaerobic microbiology (advantageous)
- Experience in microbiome research (16S rRNA sequencing/shotgun metagenomics/metatranscriptomics) (advantageous)
- Experience in metabolomics/proteomics/lipidomics (HPLC, LC-MS, GC-MS) (advantageous)
- Familiarity with data analysis software (Excel, Prism, R) (advantageous)
