Tasks
- •Guide postgraduate students through STEM dissertations
- •Mentor students on research proposals and methodologies
- •Monitor project progress and provide constructive feedback
- •Advise on ethical considerations and research regulations
- •Develop and implement school-wide research strategies
- •Identify interdisciplinary research opportunities across faculties
- •Supervise and coordinate various faculty research initiatives
- •Manage international research projects and Erasmus+ collaborations
- •Collaborate with faculty to enhance student research capabilities
- •Foster partnerships with industry and external institutions
- •Represent the institute in global research forums
- •Report on dissertation supervision progress and impact
- •Cultivate a collaborative and innovative research culture
- •Stay updated on emerging academic trends and practices
- •Optimize research processes through continuous improvement strategies
- •Participate in activities to promote research visibility
- •Coordinate with the Provost and Deans on integration
- •Supervise up to 130 dissertations per academic year
