- Manage breeding program technical organization
- Coordinate sowing, TOPS trials, and field management
- Organize harvest and sowing preparation
- Manage Purity MATS files and selections
- Pre-select materials before GS
- Conduct F1s and F2s checks
- Ensure DH quality control
- Communicate with DEBS operations and greenhouses
- Code and create material identity
- Plan and order hybrid seeds
- Perform DEBS field pre-selections
- Record and input breeding data
- Develop breeding plant material
- Manage breeding and material tracking tools
- Train and support operational team
- Provide content training to technical and seasonal staff
- Manage breeding program within budget
Work Experience
