  • •Experience in requirements engineering or business analysis
  • •Experience in insurance or similar industries
  • •Clear and audience-tailored communication skills
  • •Strong stakeholder management and moderation skills
  • •Degree in informatics or comparable qualification
  • •Excellent German and English skills
  • •IREB certification as a plus
  • •Basic knowledge of AI technologies
