- Collaborate with product managers, system architects, and subject matter experts
- Capture high-level stakeholder needs and operational concepts
- Analyse and refine raw inputs into clear, unambiguous, testable requirements
- Enforce best practices (e.g., INCOSE standards, EARS syntax)
- Administer enterprise Requirements Management (RM) tool (e.g., Jama Connect, DOORS, Polarion)
- Establish and maintain end-to-end traceability
- Facilitate requirement review sessions with cross-functional teams
- Ensure technical feasibility, consistency, and shared understanding
- Manage requirement baselines and version control
- Conduct comprehensive change impact analysis
- Interpret requirements and propose changes during design and integration
- Define and improve internal systems engineering processes
- Maintain compliance with industry standards
