- Create clear acceptance criteria for features
- Improve and structure the product backlog
- Handle non-story changes and complex business logic
- Document edge cases
- Support BDD by deriving high-quality scenarios
- Maintain the glossary and domain terminology
- Structure the internal knowledge base
- Maintain guidelines, templates, user guides, change logs, and API documentation
- Gather inputs from PMs, designers, and developers
- Convert inputs into clarified business logic
- Provide developers and QA with specified logic and edge cases
- Return prepared requirements to the PM for review
- Supply the team with necessary accompanying material
