Requirements
- 1-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments

- Hands-on, adaptable, solution-oriented under pressure
- Proficiency using CRM tools, rental systems, or digital sales software
- Organised, detail-focused, and proactive in managing leads or customers
- Driving License (Category B) required
- English and German proficiency
- Able to stand, walk, and move around depot for extended periods
- Able to lift or carry light to moderate items (10–15 kg)
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to interact with customers in different emotional states with calmness and professionalism
Tasks
- Conduct customer check-ins and check-outs
- Provide ongoing rental support
- Handle service recovery and emergencies
- Prepare and perform RV demonstrations
- Showcase RV features and specifications
- Address customer-specific needs during demos
- Ensure smooth vehicle handovers
- Complete all necessary documentation
- Track leads, demos, and follow-ups in CRM
- Convert rental customers into sales opportunities
- Support sales targets
- Maintain knowledge of RV models
- Perform basic system demonstrations
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues
