Requirements
- 1-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems
- Hands-on, adaptable, solution-oriented under pressure
- Proficiency using rental systems
- Organised, detail-focused, and proactive in managing leads or customers
- Driving License (Category B) required
- English proficiency
- Able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
- Able to lift or carry 10–15 kg
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to interact with customers calmly and professionally
Tasks
- Conduct rental check-ins and check-outs
- Provide rental briefings
- Offer ongoing rental support
- Handle service recovery and emergencies
- Prepare RV demonstrations
- Perform RV demonstrations
- Showcase RV features and specifications
- Address customer-specific needs during demos
- Ensure smooth vehicle handovers
- Complete all necessary documentation
- Track leads, demos, and follow-ups in CRM
- Convert rental customers into sales opportunities
- Support RV Sales District and City Lead
- Maintain knowledge of RV models
- Perform basic system demonstrations
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Escalate technical issues as needed
