Requirements
- 1-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems
- Hands-on, adaptable, solution-oriented under pressure
- Proficiency using CRM tools or digital sales software
- Proficiency using rental systems
- Organised, detail-focused, and proactive lead/customer management
- Driving License (Category B) required
- English proficiency
- German proficiency
- Able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
- Able to lift or carry 10–15 kg
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak schedules
- Ability to interact calmly with customers
Tasks
- Champion customer experience for rentals
- Conduct check-ins and check-outs
- Provide rental briefings and ongoing support
- Handle service recovery and emergencies with empathy
- Perform professional RV sales demonstrations
- Showcase RV features, specs, and customer-specific needs
- Ensure smooth handovers and complete documentation
- Track leads, demos, and follow-ups in CRM
- Convert rental customers into sales opportunities
- Support RV Sales District and City Lead to meet targets
- Maintain knowledge of Indie Campers RV models
- Perform basic system demos (lighting, gas, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed
