Requirements

  • •Test semiconductor devices on automated equipment
  • •Set up and run complex test systems
  • •Configure handlers, loaders, and probers per specifications
  • •Plan weekly work by booking necessary equipment
  • •Interpret reliability test plans and work instructions
  • •Record test results and deviations in designated systems
  • •Ensure accurate labeling and traceability of samples
  • •Prepare samples for reliability stress tests
  • •Load and unload samples from ovens and boards
  • •Archive samples within the reliability lab
