Regulatory Reporting Manager(m/w/x)
Managing end-to-end regulatory reporting framework for a wealth-building fintech. Big 4 auditing or banking experience required. Flexible, idea-friendly culture with ownership valued.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Engineering, or Data Science
- At least 3 years relevant professional experience in regulatory reporting at a bank or in consulting/auditing at a Big 4 firm
- Solid understanding of prudential regulatory frameworks (CRR/CRD, IFR/IFD)
- High reliability, strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Essential English fluency for internal team communication
- Experience with ICAAP and/or ICARA processes, familiarity with Pillar 1 capital requirements and Pillar 3 disclosure obligations
- Experience with regulatory reporting software
- German proficiency
Tasks
- Manage end-to-end regulatory reporting framework
- Ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Drive evolution of reporting standards
- Participate in data validation and submission
- Own and manage regulatory reports and disclosures
- Monitor regulatory developments
- Implement new regulatory requirements
- Define data specifications and reporting logic
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes
- Automate reporting processes and controls
- Enhance data quality within regulatory framework
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows
- Reduce manual effort in capital adequacy
- Lead interdisciplinary projects
- Take ownership of regulatory matters
- Handle processes for new products
- Manage expansion into new markets
- Coordinate licence applications
- Serve as key contact for external partners
- Communicate with regulatory authorities
