Requirements

  • Advanced academic degree in toxicology or related life sciences
  • Several years of professional experience in regulatory toxicology
  • Fluency in German and English, both oral and written
  • Strong organizational, project management, and leadership skills
  • Ability to perform systematic, efficient, and solution-oriented work
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Willingness to travel, occasionally within Europe
  • Proactive, team-oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure

Tasks

  • Conduct in-depth hazard and risk assessments of substances
  • Prepare regulatory dossiers for chemical registration in Europe
  • Classify and label substances according to CLP/GHS
  • Research scientific literature and databases
  • Carry out risk assessments and generate toxicological statements
  • Develop and coordinate testing strategies, including QSARs and in-vitro examinations
  • Manage studies and collaborate with industry and research institutions
  • Provide strategic regulatory advice to clients
  • Represent clients at official events
  • Participate in toxicological projects assessing neurotoxicity and endocrine disruption
