Requirements

  • University degree in food chemistry, nutritional sciences, or related
  • Good understanding of EU food law and application experience
  • Knowledge of French and/or Spanish food law (plus)
  • Experience in setting up processes, SOPs, databases, automatizations (e.g. n8n), and coding (ideal)
  • Experience in food supplements and/or sports nutrition (ideal)
  • Self-reliant, detail-oriented, structured, and reliable working style
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Fluent English (C1)
  • Basic German knowledge (B2)
  • Fluent French or Spanish (big plus)
  • Fluent Dutch, Polish, or Italian (alternative plus)

Tasks

  • Check regulatory compliance of food supplement recipes for French and Spanish markets
  • Collaborate with Localization team to approve local and multilingual labels
  • Support Localization team with food supplement registrations in France and Spain
  • Assess changes and manage label adjustments in the change control process
  • Improve processes and maintain SOPs for cross-functional team workflow
