- Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, international business, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in international sales, ideally in fire service, automotive, or special vehicle industries
- Technical understanding and enthusiasm for innovative fire and rescue technology and complex technical solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in international environment
- Fluent English skills and at least one Eastern European language
- Independent, structured, goal-oriented work style with initiative and leadership
- High intercultural competence and willingness to travel for international customer visits and trade fairs
- Familiarity with local cultures, business attitude, and regional requirements
Tasks
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies
- Lead a dynamic sales team
- Expand market share and sustainable growth
- Identify and acquire new governmental customers
- Maintain and develop long-term business relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitive activities
- Advise on product portfolio and customer requirements
- Manage the entire sales process
- Prepare and track payment flows
- Secure financing for sales
- Represent the company at trade fairs and events
- Collaborate with internal departments for customer support
