Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, international business, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in international sales, ideally in fire service, automotive, or special vehicle industries
  • Technical understanding and enthusiasm for innovative fire and rescue technology and complex technical solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in international environment
  • Fluent English skills and at least one Eastern European language
  • Independent, structured, goal-oriented work style with initiative and leadership
  • High intercultural competence and willingness to travel for international customer visits and trade fairs
  • Familiarity with local cultures, business attitude, and regional requirements

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies
  • Lead a dynamic sales team
  • Expand market share and sustainable growth
  • Identify and acquire new governmental customers
  • Maintain and develop long-term business relationships
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activities
  • Advise on product portfolio and customer requirements
  • Manage the entire sales process
  • Prepare and track payment flows
  • Secure financing for sales
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and events
  • Collaborate with internal departments for customer support
