  • Solid expertise in healthcare systems (reimbursement, pricing)
  • Franchise experience preferred but not essential
  • Proven experience in a matrix environment
  • Cross-divisional experience across country and EMEA

Tasks

  • Develop and lead the Axonics sales organization
  • Provide continuous tools and education to the team
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competition
  • Collect and analyze competitor sales tactics
  • Optimize organizational coverage and account mapping
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and field coaching
  • Recruit and train new hires
  • Identify and address sales forecast gaps
  • Recommend pricing and promotional strategies
  • Ensure effective territory management and account targeting
  • Demonstrate strong selling skills to customers
  • Develop and monitor a regional targeting program
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Professional Education teams
  • Support corporate and divisional selling initiatives
  • Manage the Annual Operating Plan for Axonics
  • Incubate the SNM portfolio during the launch year
  • Define growth ambitions and build the organization
  • Understand healthcare industry and economic customer needs
  • Maintain awareness of the competitive environment
  • Suggest strategies to position the organization in the market
  • Maintain relationships with major accounts and key contacts
  • Leverage key relationships for profitable business ventures
  • Assist in creating and maintaining educational courses
  • Participate in customer, company, and industry forums
  • Develop relationships with BSC functional areas
  • Maintain skills to sell the entire product line
  • Collaborate with BSC sales teams and departments
  • Identify and develop relationships with economic buyers
  • Negotiate contracts with Key Account Managers
  • Create value-added product bundles
  • Evaluate situations affecting accounts and business needs
  • Deep dive on the ambulatory strategy for Axonics
  • Guide the team in maintaining compliance with BSC Quality System
  • Drive quality awareness and performance improvement
  • Provide input to the Quality Committee
  • Participate in Management Review of Quality Meetings
  • Champion regulatory, quality, and local initiatives
  • Support the professional development of commercial teams
  • Monitor and address team members' sales performance
  • Share personal selling experiences to motivate and teach
  • Train the team on the company's CRM system
  • Collaborate with channel partners for synergetic growth
