Regional Sales Manager Biosimilars North(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Degree in business administration or comparable qualification with commercial experience
- At least 5 years leadership experience in pharmaceutical field sales (biosimilars/biologics), ideally in rheumatological, gastroenterological, or dermatological field, with proven success
- Very good knowledge of German biosimilar or biologics market and contacts in indication area, with strong negotiation and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking with assertiveness and persuasive power
- Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and presentation confidence
- Independent, analytical working style, flexible, and team-oriented
- Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
Tasks
- Lead regional field sales employees professionally and disciplinarily
- Ensure compliance with customer visit frequency and timing
- Monitor performance and provide improvement suggestions
- Plan efficient routes and prepare for visits and conversations
- Create and improve conversation concepts with sales management and marketing
- Develop distribution according to STADA guidelines
- Achieve growth targets
- Optimize customer network structure with the field sales team
- Manage key accounts
- Prepare and conduct sales meetings
- Participate in trade fairs, congresses, and seminars
- Coordinate sales-oriented technical questions
- Act as a link between customers, field sales, and internal departments
- Train and onboard new field sales employees
