Requirements

  • 10+ years in sales, product, or pre-sales
  • 2+ years SaaS sales management experience
  • 5+ years selling cloud/SaaS/ERP solutions
  • 5+ years cultivating partner relationships
  • 5+ years managing complex sales cycles
  • 2+ years selling CLM/CI solutions with AI/ML integration or VMS
  • English fluency
  • French or German fluency (as relevant)

  • Engage in high-impact sales activities for Procurement and Legal personas
  • Champion benefits of AI-driven solutions
  • Drive unified sales and marketing execution in EMEA
  • Collaborate with HCM/Fins Platform sellers, Solution Consulting, Marketing, Partners & Operations
  • Maximize pipeline generation and execution
  • Evangelize Workday's AI features in sales cycles
  • Promote Document Intelligence Agent for SOW creation and insights
  • Promote Contingent Sourcing Agent for talent rediscovery and applicant grading
  • Position Workday-Evisort value to Legal and Revenue Operations leaders
  • Emphasize AI for data extraction from unstructured documents
  • Highlight AI for spend reduction and risk mitigation
  • Support pre-signature contract lifecycle management
  • Position Workday VNDLY value to Procurement and HR leaders
  • Demonstrate total workforce optimization capabilities
  • Leverage ML for better workforce planning
  • Streamline sourcing and reduce costs with Contingent Sourcing Agent
  • Participate in developing sales strategy
  • Contribute to product roadmaps
  • Shape competitive positioning for AI/ML capabilities
