Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- 8+ years Manufacturing Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence experience
- Multi-site experience preferred; site management experience is a plus
- Lean and/or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt / Black Belt preferred)
- Hands-on personality with strong 'can-do' mentality
- Ability to lead through influence, coach leaders, and drive sustainable change
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- English (C1) and German (C1) fluency
- Willingness to travel 40-50%
- Eligibility to work in the country of position
Tasks
- Deploy and standardize Lean Enterprise System (LES) across multiple sites
- Partner with Site Leaders and OpEx/CI teams to assess current state
- Develop Lean roadmaps for continuous improvement
- Ensure long-term sustainment of Lean initiatives
- Build Lean capability through training, coaching, and mentoring
- Facilitate kaizen events and structured problem-solving
- Establish KPI governance for transparency and sustainment
- Enable cross-site best-practice sharing and replication
- Partner with Finance to validate and sustain savings
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and change-control requirements
