Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemical engineering or chemistry
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in industrial environment
  • •Strong organizational and communication skills
  • •High degree of independence and ownership
  • •Ability to navigate complex, multi-country stakeholder environments
  • •Fluent language skills in English, additional languages as Dutch, German, French, Spanish are a plus
  • •Provide hands-on support via email, phone, and on-site visits

  • •Identify customer pain points and develop actionable technical solutions
  • •Provide hands-on support via email, phone, and on-site visits
  • •Own and resolve customer technical requests directly
  • •Organize and deliver technical training for Cleaner Champions
  • •Act as the primary contact for Cleaner Champions across Europe
  • •Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, and customers to align technical roadmaps
  • •Lead product certification processes with relevant authorities
  • •Support Business Development and Sales in scaling existing accounts and entering new markets
