Tasks
- Lead self-evaluation processes with schools
- Review and advise schools on market-responsive improvements
- Use data to understand and support school needs
- Lead education due diligence for potential acquisitions
- Integrate new schools into the region
- Advise on school quality and support through NAE collaborations
- Develop and drive regional education strategy
- Identify trends in educational performance
- Set clear goals and timelines for school improvement
- Support school leaders in strategic planning and self-evaluation
- Lead school improvement and quality assurance processes
- Ensure delivery of curricula and strong academic outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate school improvement impact
- Share effective practices across the network
- Support robust data collection and analysis systems
- Influence Professional Learning Strategy
- Contribute to NAE programme development
- Develop regional conferences and leadership activities
- Implement and evaluate NAE collaborations
- Lead due diligence for new schools
- Support new school integration
- Advise on senior leader appointments
- Represent the Education Team on panels
- Build relationships with school principals and leaders
- Represent NAE at conferences and events
- Work with Admissions and Marketing teams
