- Provide strategic direction and delivery governance
- Interface with senior clients and operational leaders
- Align safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance
- Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery and commercial risks
- Consolidate portfolio-wide reporting on status and risks
- Support contractual matters, changes, and escalations
- Coordinate internal sourcing and allocation for new projects
- Advise on senior resourcing and succession planning
- Develop and implement delivery standards and governance
- Capture and transfer lessons learned across the portfolio
