Requirements

  • •Degree in business administration specialized in Finance & Controlling
  • •Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role
  • •Excellent communication skills
  • •Strong stakeholder management

Tasks

  • •Support planning and forecasting cycles
  • •Lead regular regional reporting
  • •Analyze monthly Net and Retail Sales
  • •Report on Marketing investments and Personnel costs
  • •Conduct quarterly profitability analyses
  • •Forecast cash flow and door contribution
  • •Provide monthly business updates for management
  • •Ensure adherence to internal financial processes
  • •Support monthly closing processes
  • •Monitor purchase orders in SAP
  • •Initiate coding of invoices and booking vouchers
  • •Ensure accuracy of SAP FI/CO data
  • •Analyze market actuals and forecasts
  • •Provide meaningful commentaries on deviations
  • •Identify business opportunities and risks
  • •Translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • •Support decisions on new store openings or closures
  • •Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams
  • •Foster sharing of best practices across the region
  • •Drive continuous improvement of tools and processes
  • •Act as substitute for the Finance Manager during absences
