Tasks
- Develop and manage components of the Group Compliance Management System
- Provide guidance to Country Compliance Officers in the region
- Drive optimization of Compliance Management in the region
- Convey and apply Group Compliance standards in the region
- Collaborate with Country Compliance teams and act as a liaison to Group Compliance & Data Protection
- Create compliance synergies between countries in the region
- Oversee execution of risk assessments focusing on corruption and human rights
- Manage compliance reporting for the region
- Handle critical compliance investigations and incidents
- Support international compliance projects for Group Compliance & Data Protection
- Manage compliance communication through various media channels
