Requirements

  • Proven track record of over-achieving targets
  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions to SME and Mid Enterprise markets
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of activity
  • Ability to establish business relationships at the executive level
  • Experience in closing complex opportunities over $100k
  • Proven ability to develop a new business pipeline
  • Ability to coordinate multiple resources for complex sales strategies
  • Familiarity with formal sales playbook methodology
  • Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM tool
  • Fluent in German and English

  • Convert prospects into sales
  • Differentiate from the competition
  • Collaborate with channel partners
  • Build and grow the Proofpoint business
  • Engage with organizations up to CISO level
  • Work closely with the Sales Engineer team
  • Manage a portfolio of focus accounts
  • Sell the full Proofpoint Platform
  • Leverage internal resources for account growth
  • Expand the Proofpoint footprint for customer protection
  • Drive business growth within a specific region
  • Establish executive-level business relationships
  • Implement joint marketing activities with partners
  • Hunt for new accounts and expand existing ones
  • Introduce customers to the full security platform
  • Partner with the channel ecosystem for new accounts
  • Orchestrate upsell sales motions through partners
  • Articulate the company’s value proposition
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and POCs
  • Prepare action-oriented account strategies
  • Contribute to Customer Business Reviews
  • Ensure forecast accuracy and pipeline progression
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive positioning
