Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field strongly preferred
  • Minimum two years recruiting experience with demonstrated successes
  • Experience using recruitment technologies (ATS, social media)
  • Proficient in Boolean search techniques
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics for talent acquisition

Tasks

  • Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders
  • Provide market data and recommendations for search approaches
  • Review candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements
  • Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans
  • Source candidates using resume databases, search engines, and networking sites
  • Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and internal sources
  • Utilize Cielo’s proprietary software for mobile and email campaigns
  • Connect with talent communities using various media
  • Articulate the value proposition to interested candidates
  • Prepare candidates for interviews with logistical and expectation guidance
  • Provide timely updates to candidates on application and interview status
  • Draft and use phone interview templates
  • Compare candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments
  • Determine candidate match for the role or other open positions
  • Issue and evaluate skills tests as needed
  • Review background and reference information
  • Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process
  • Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details
  • Use market data and compensation guidelines for offer recommendations
  • Articulate job offers and negotiate counter-offers
  • Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards
  • Build and maintain strong candidate slates
  • Provide accurate and regular recruiting activity reports
  • Identify and solve difficulties in searches
  • Communicate search status to hiring leaders with recommendations
