Tasks

  • Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders
  • Provide market data and recommendations for candidate searches
  • Review applications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements
  • Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans
  • Source candidates using resume databases, search engines, and networking sites
  • Solicit and pursue referrals from business and internal networks
  • Use Cielo’s proprietary software for mobile and email campaigns
  • Engage talent communities through various media
  • Articulate the value proposition to interested candidates
  • Prepare candidates for interviews with logistical and expectation guidance
  • Provide timely updates to candidates on application and interview status
  • Draft and use phone interview templates
  • Compare candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments
  • Determine candidate fit for the role or other open positions
  • Issue and evaluate skills tests as needed
  • Review background and reference information
  • Keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details
  • Use market data and compensation guidelines for offer recommendations
  • Articulate and negotiate job offers
  • Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards
  • Deliver a strong candidate slate
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines
  • Report recruiting activities to hiring leaders and Cielo leadership
  • Identify and solve search difficulties
  • Communicate search status to hiring leaders with recommendations
