- Draft and use phone interview templates
- Compare candidate notes with position requirements
- Conduct skills testing and evaluate results
- Review background and reference information
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details
- Articulate and negotiate job offers
- Adhere to all compliance regulations
- Build and maintain talent pipelines
- Report recruiting activities to leaders
- Identify and solve search difficulties
- Communicate search status to hiring leaders
