- •Experience of Argus software desirable
- •Fluency in German and English

Tasks
- •Support fund and portfolio managers with strategic investment analysis
- •Assist with reporting to the Investment Committee and investors
- •Screen the market for new investment and development opportunities
- •Manage financial modeling and prepare client presentations
- •Coordinate transaction processes and assist in deal structuring
- •Participate in commercial, ESG, legal, and tax due diligence
- •Prepare quarterly investor reports and explain performance variances
- •Review property valuations and manage data collection
- •Ensure the reliability of property management data
- •Maintain and apply deep local market knowledge
