Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in real estate, legal, business administration, or related fields
  • •At least 4 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions
  • •Strong knowledge of property-related legal matters and German property law
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • •Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English

  • •Analyze market data and key financial metrics
  • •Support strategic decision-making with legal and financial analysis
  • •Provide updates to senior management on transaction progress
  • •Define negotiation strategies for favorable terms
