In this hybrid role, you will manage and enhance real estate data, ensuring accuracy and supporting lease administration. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with teams, conducting training, and preparing reports to drive strategic decisions.

Requirements

• •Proven experience in data management
• •Knowledge of Real Estate in a corporate function or organization
• •Understanding lease terms and property data
• •Knowledge of a real estate data management system
• •Excellent proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SharePoint
• •Effective communication and collaboration skills
• •Creative thinking and innovative solution development
• •Accuracy and attention to detail
• •Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal
• •Valid work permit

Tasks

• •Ensure data quality and accuracy in Archibus
• •Master functionalities of Archibus
• •Collaborate with the Real Estate team to collect accurate data
• •Coordinate with external vendors for lease abstraction
• •Manage leases and improve abstraction processes
• •Conduct training sessions for Archibus and lease abstraction tools
• •Report bugs and test fixes
• •Raise purchase orders and verify invoices
• •Prepare presentation decks, analyses, and reports
• •Create Teams and SharePoint sites
• •Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for sustainability activities
• •Collaborate with Real Estate and IT teams to ensure data integrity and security
• •Assist with tasks for efficient division operations
