Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • High proficiency in English
  • High proficiency in German
  • Financial, analytical, and modelling skills
  • Experienced user of Excel
  • 3-5 years' experience in real estate asset management
  • Experience in logistics sector preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in PE/value add environment preferred
  • Knowledge and experience of local law concerning general real estate matters
  • Understanding of tenant mix, performance, and operations
  • Demonstrable interest in ESG investing in Real Estate
  • Demonstrable interest in ESG application in Real Estate
  • Experience of Argus AE software desirable
  • Initiative, hands-on and self-motivation
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Drive and ambition to deliver
  • Ability to interact effectively with dispersed and diverse stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills
  • Teamwork skills

Tasks

  • Assist with asset performance and operating management
  • Prepare and complete annual business plans
  • Review asset management initiatives
  • Implement asset management initiatives
  • Execute capex programs and renewal/lease up targets
  • Negotiate and execute lease transactions
  • Make value-add business cases profitable
  • Coordinate and support real estate research
  • Supervise external professional teams
  • Prepare periodic reports to investors
  • Analyze and explain variances
  • Collect and review quarterly/annual property valuations
  • Provide forecasting and analytics
  • Support strategic and tactical investment decisions
  • Underwrite new investment opportunities
  • Assist with potential dispositions
  • Present to Board and Investment Committee
  • Provide quarterly investment reporting
