- Define and execute verification specifications
- Simulate and test prototypes
- Document and hand over developed technologies
- Support production engineering implementation
- Collaborate with product owners, managers, and architects
- Break down market requirements to product requirements
- Monitor technology and product developments
- Identify technical drivers for R&D projects
- Understand key business drivers for ABB products
- Expand knowledge through internal and external networks
- Take responsibility for hardware development activities
- Identify and manage risks
- Align with project targets
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers
- Contribute to intellectual property discussions
- Secure patent rights for ABB
