Requirements

  • •Degree in Physics, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • •Strong analytical and experimental skills
  • •Experience with vacuum systems, electron optics, or semiconductor manufacturing
  • •Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
  • •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • •Interest or experience in supplier management and quality control
  • •Knowledge of project management, FMEA, and 8D problem-solving methodology
  • •Fluency in English
  • •German is a plus

Bachelor's degree

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Contribute to the design and optimization of e-beam systems
  • •Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities
  • •Validate and qualify prototypes
  • •Transfer processes and ramp up production
  • •Analyze technical data using Python or similar tools
  • •Manage suppliers through SOW definition and project coordination
  • •Align specifications and ensure quality control
  • •Resolve issues with suppliers
  • •Prepare technical reports and ensure compliance with NPI documentation
  • •Collaborate with engineers for efficient production execution
  • •Lead suppliers to enhance manufacturing processes
