Requirements
- Degree in Physics, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical and experimental skills
- Experience with vacuum systems, electron optics, or semiconductor manufacturing
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Interest or experience in supplier management and quality control
- Knowledge of project management, FMEA, and 8D problem-solving methodology
- Fluency in English
- German is a plus
Tasks
- Contribute to the design and optimization of e-beam systems
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities
- Validate and qualify prototypes
- Transfer processes and ramp up production
- Analyze technical data using Python or similar tools
- Manage suppliers through SOW definition and project coordination
- Align specifications and ensure quality control
- Resolve issues with suppliers
- Prepare technical reports and ensure compliance with NPI documentation
- Collaborate with engineers for efficient production execution
- Lead suppliers to enhance manufacturing processes
