R&D Scientist – Biopharma LC Instrumentation(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will blend science and engineering to innovate chromatography products, collaborate with diverse teams, and conduct experiments that enhance instrument performance. The position involves mentoring others and sharing insights at conferences.

Requirements

• •Master’s or PhD in Biochemistry, Biology, Bioengineering, or closely related field
• •4+ years of relevant experience at advanced/independent level
• •Extensive hands-on experience analyzing biomolecules/biopharmaceutical modalities
• •Proven ability to design rigorous experiments and interpret high-quality data
• •Strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary R&D teams
• •Familiarity with biopharmaceutical development workflows and regulatory requirements
• •Experience with instrument prototyping and prototype performance evaluation
• •Conference publications, application notes, and/or patent contributions
• •Ability to lead projects, train/mentor others, and represent the team externally
• •Rigorous, driven, and process-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• •Flexibility, adaptability, and strong planning, organization, and time management skills
• •Curiosity and motivation to innovate, grow, and continuously learn

Tasks
