- •Proficiency in SAP and process management
- •Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- •Strong communication and team orientation
- •Fluent written and spoken English

Tasks
- •Maintain leaf grades and blends in assigned factories
- •Ensure adherence to quality, cost, and timeline requirements
- •Troubleshoot grade and blend issues at production sites
- •Develop and optimize tobacco materials and blends
- •Align blends with regulatory and consumer expectations
- •Manage multiple Leaf and Blends projects simultaneously
- •Provide timely progress updates on project goals
- •Plan leaf usage, inventory, and purchase requirements
- •Qualify tobacco types with cross-functional partners
- •Manage leaf category descriptions and SAP item updates
- •Follow established ISO requirements and work processes
- •Improve Leaf and Blends tools and processes
