Tasks

  • Create loading plans for aircraft
  • Prepare flight documentation
  • Monitor cargo loading at the aircraft
  • Generate hazardous materials documentation for the flight crew
  • Collaborate with internal and external departments and authorities
  • Coordinate all pre-flight activities for smooth cargo handling and timely flight operations
  • Work closely with warehouse and ground teams under time pressure to maintain efficient loading plans
  • Match cargo manifests with system data and correct discrepancies
  • Create transit documents for non-customs cleared cargo movements on the ground
  • Advise on required shipping and customs documents for various cargo types
  • Input all relevant data into IT systems accurately and on time
  • Conduct and document all pre- and post-flight checks according to safety, quality, and operational guidelines
