Tasks
- Take full accountability for radar technical maturity and project delivery
- Act as the primary interface between cross-functional development teams
- Oversee radar sensors throughout the entire product development process
- Track and deliver supplier work products for release gates
- Lead technical reviews and steer international Tier-1 suppliers
- Plan and track hardware and software validation activities
- Manage radar test benches for KPI tests and simulations
- Define and maintain DV/PV and reporting requirements
- Ensure traceability for safety, performance, and homologation requirements
- Create and refine specifications and verification plans
- Maintain component approval processes using corporate tools
- Ensure supplier documentation completeness and audit readiness
- Contribute to design reviews, safety analyses, and FMEAs
