Requirements

  • Successful study in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor or Masters) or comparable technical education
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Designing Power Transformers
  • Experience in Quality functions will be beneficial
  • Experience in Transformer Service will be beneficial
  • Project Management experience will be an advantage
  • Willingness to work in remote and diverse environments
  • Very good communication skills
  • English language knowledge for effective communication

Tasks

  • Coordinate and synchronize activities to improve transformers technologically
  • Manage and contribute to test failure analysis investigations
  • Coordinate global improvements with domain experts and quality operations
  • Build and propose a program to increase transformer reliability
  • Maintain the test failure database and software
  • Handle reports and communicate resolutions
  • Oversee technology-based improvement actions
  • Perform root cause analysis and improve processes
  • Define strategy and process for transformer reliability execution
  • Explore and improve risk analysis techniques
  • Enhance product and process testing
  • Improve Failure Mode Effect Analysis
  • Analyze field data
  • Adapt quality tools and methods for power transformer technology oversight
  • Support failure analysis
  • Follow up on failure containment actions
  • Follow up on preventive actions

  • 10 years

Education

  • Vocational certificationOR
  • Bachelor's degree

  • English – Business Fluent
