  • Deep knowledge of cross-functional landscape for medical devices

  • Swiss National, UK, EU citizen, or work-permit holder

  • Drive portfolio governance and project delivery
  • Align and prioritize R&D project portfolios
  • Capture dependencies and exploit synergies
  • Support Project Managers and Teams in efficient execution
  • Optimize time to market for projects
  • Set up PMO governance frameworks and tools
  • Build organizational project excellence
  • Communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Manage project performance and resource planning
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Perform proactive risk management
  • Maintain project risk matrix
  • Balance scope, timelines, cost, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead complex projects end-to-end
  • Support full device development lifecycle
  • Coach Project Teams on project management skills
  • Train on methodologies and cross-functional collaboration

Education

  • Master's degree

  • English – Fluent
